Jacob grew up on the Columbia and learned this river one season at a time. Today he’s a fully licensed and insured guide running Chilly's Guide Service out of Longview, Washington, fishing the same stretches of the Lower Columbia River he grew up on.
His goal on every trip: put you on fish, and make sure you have a great time doing it.
