All fishing gear and safety equipment are provided. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to have the proper fishing license and catch card on the day of the trip.

All people under the age of 14 is required to wear a lifejacket at all times, all lifejackets are uscg approved and will be provided for every person on the vessel 

All clients are expected to maintain a state of sobriety in which they can care for themselves and others in case of an emergency all federally controlled waterways do not allow the use of recreational marijuana.
